We utilize the secure and convenient Pudo (The Courier Guy) locker system to ensure you can collect your order at a time that fits your lifestyle. Please read our delivery & shipping information carefully below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer competitive shipping rates across South Africa:

  • Standard Delivery Fee: R60 flat rate.

  • Free Delivery: Spend R500 or more and your shipping is on us.

  • Estimated Timeline: Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 1 to 4 working days to arrive at your selected location.

How the Pudo Locker System Works

Using Pudo allows you the freedom to collect your parcel without waiting for a courier at home. Here is what to expect:

  1. Notification: Once your order reaches your nearest Pudo locker, you will receive a unique collection code via SMS and email.

  2. Collection Window: Your parcel will remain in the locker for 2 working days.

  3. Return to Sender: Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this 48-hour window, it will be returned to Stitched Serenity.

  4. Liability: While we take every precaution to package your items securely, Stitched Serenity cannot be held responsible or liable for parcels once they have been placed in the locker or for any losses during transit.

We take sufficient care to ensure all crochet creations are properly protected and packaged for their journey. We recommend retrieving your parcel as soon as you receive your code to ensure your items remain safe and secure.
