1. Production Lead Times
Every item at Stitched Serenity is handcrafted with intention.

Standard Lead Time: All orders require a minimum of 10 working days for production before dispatch.

No Rush Orders: To ensure the integrity of our work, we do not accept rush orders. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

Large Custom Orders: Orders involving multiple items or complex custom designs will have an extended lead time. Please email cassidy@stitchedserenity.co.za to discuss a specific timeline for your project.
2. Design & Product Limitations

Authenticity First: We take pride in the art of crochet. We do not recreate AI-generated “impossible” designs. We only produce items that are physically possible through traditional crochet techniques.

3. Usage & Resale Restrictions
